AlphaGoatware is taking the guess work out of farming. No longer will small farmers or ranchers have to put to put money, time and other resources to change their production without knowing the results; they have our data to guide them. AlphaGoatware takes on those expensive varibles, experiments with them, tracks the data and analyzes the results so the smallholder can see how those changes affect production without any of the effort or resources needed.
Our Data Lab has been gathering data for various aspects of small farms, farmsteads and ranches at two farmlabs with contrasting environmental climate conditions. The Telford, Pennsylvania lab has a humid subtropical climate and the Tucson, Arizona lab, a hot desert one. The data we collect at the lab is the basis for many of the algorithms that we produce for our data tracking software. This data allows us to hone our milk, egg and garden production with precision. Our software algorthms reflect real life situations with different environmental conditions and actual live experimentation with data direct from our farm lab.
With the onset of the global pandemic, more and more people are staying home and looking at ways to sustain their life with farming and gardening production. AlphaGoatware has been at forefront of this movement, allowing people to gain an inside view of the costs behind raising livestock and poultry for milk and eggs, or growing their garden before they make expensive start-up decisions that affect their bottom line. Our data has been consolidated to provide farmers and homesteaders the means to check their productivity levels against our data to help them understand what areas they can improve upon.
Always looking to the future, AlphaGoatware is continually expanding data collection in many areas of farming. As we head into the new year, we are working on implementing data collected from farms and ranches across the country.
